bp.arc is the result of collaboration between Francesca Borea and Giulia Pederzini, and it continues to grow thanks to synergy with other professionals in the field of architecture and design.

Based in Milan, the studio boasts expertise ranging from historic monument restoration to interior research and design, with a particular focus on sustainability and preservation of cultural heritage. Through careful analysis of the context, we reinterpret clues from the past into contemporary solutions, balancing respect for history with modern needs; we believe that only through a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach can we truly capture the essence of a place.

Since 2022, Francesca Borea and Giulia Pederzini have formed collaborations on various projects such as Studio Mediterranee, Studio Mumbai and Università degli Studi di Firenze. These collaborations have helped maintain a heterogeneous approach, allowing them to engage with diverse architectural and cultural contexts worldwide.

Francesca and Giulia studied at the Accademia di Architettura in Mendrisio, Switzerland, graduating in 2019 with Grafton Architects.

During their studies, Francesca collaborated with the DATA Architectes in Paris and the FFA studio in Como, participating in projects and workshops that expanded her understanding of architectural practice, such as "Building Reality" with Francis Kéré in Mozambique.

Giulia, collaborated with Anne Holtrop's studio in Amsterdam, studied at the Etsab University in Barcelona, and participated in a joined-studio at the Kyoto Institute of Technology.
